Returns & Refunds Policy:

  • If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product (mistakes happen!), please let us know within a reasonable time frame (30 days of purchase). We're committed to making it right, and as per the Sale of Goods Act 1979, you're entitled to a refund.
  • We also offer a freshness guarantee: if your coffee doesn't arrive fresh, reach out to us for a replacement or refund.

Please Note:

  • Items should be returned in their original condition and unopened. Regrettably, roasted coffee cannot be returned due to its perishable nature, but if there's an issue, we're here to help.
  • Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

Return Process:

1.Notify us of your intention to return at hello@highestco.com.

2.Send your product to: Highest Co., 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom

3.Bear in mind, return shipping costs are on you. For items over £30, a tracked service is recommended.

4.Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. (Note: Banks or credit card companies might take some time to process the refund.)
